What is antique finishing?

The treatment of the patina of the statue to make it look very old is called antique finishing of the statue.
This is not to be confused with an antique statue. Only the patina on the statue has been altered to make it appear antique.
This is an unknown process in which the statue goes through multiple Aging processes to achieve the result depicted in the image.

What is Lost Wax System?

The Lost Wax system is a complicated, time-consuming, and historic method of creating metal sculptures also known as Precision Casting.
As a result, the sculptures created by this process are relatively expensive.
There are also numerous new, advanced, and less time-consuming methods of casting metal sculptures available.
However, due to the advantages of the traditional lost wax system in terms of quality control and customization, we prefer the Loss wax system over ceramic molding or sand casting for the production of our Buddhist statues.
